About The Horn Area:
The true summit of Mt Buffalo (1700m) host some of the most spectacular and classic easy routes. The rock is super quality white crystals which are about all you get when you are smearing your way up. Tourists will gawp as you attempt classics such as the fine bolted arete of Peroxide Blonde (20) or the easy crack of The Pintle (14). This area cops the worst weather of any climbing destination in Oz. Bring your ice axes if you arrive in winter! |
