Lots of big cams. LOTS. If you can't walk, you have enough. A long sling is needed for the top.

Description:
Start up the three dodgy stacked blocks, each dodgier than the last. The top block is probably the only place you DON'T want to put a big cam behind. Continue straight up with awkward moves, placing at least a #3 - #5 cam every meter (or less).
