Description:

A fun climb with good positive holds, well bolted. Start in the corner to the first bolt, the third bolt slightly to the left is shared with "Cooled by The Rain". The fourth bolt is slightly right. Continue up the steepest part. At the ledge step right to the arete and up to the chains about 5 metres back. Lindsay Mains Port Hill Climbing book is the best reference for climb orientation

4 out of 5 stars No quake damage on this climb

Nice, avoid the big loose boulders at the top 10 metres to the right, need to be liberated

3 out of 5 stars Loose Rock

Wear a helmet, alot of loose rock, more than usual, probably a result of the quake

4 out of 5 stars VERY FUN CLIMB

Apart from the fact that this route needs ALOT of lichen and moss removal it is an extremely enjoyable longish climb with lots of positive holds and bolts. A convenient set of abseil/belay chains at the top.
