| Directions: | OS 103&109 GR SD 881 200 Alt. 344m 4 miles north of Rochdale. Take the A671 to Whitworth. At the town centre turn left on Tong Lane, past the Cock and Magpie, to a track that gets rough. This leads to the quarries at the top of the hill in about a mile. |
