About Summit Quarry (OS):

A very good gritstone quarry, 30 to 40 feet tall with about 80 routes in all grades, and an abundance of VS routes. Well worth a visit. |

| Directions: | OS 109 GR SD 948 195 Alt. 276m 4.5 miles NE of Rochdale. Take the A6033 through Littleborough and on for almost two more miles to the bridge crossing the Rochdale Canal at The Summit pub. Take a path from here on the left over the bridge, which leads up the hill and to the crag in about ten minutes. |
