About Hendon Youth Sports Centre:
| This place is so cool. it has some begginner walls and some lead walls for the more expirienced climber and its also got some harder walls and is a very good place to practice different tecniques. website address is: www.hysc.co.uk (click on climbing). there is also a fitness area, gymnastics area and a huge sports hall. the buliding has 2 floors but is a good size. Adults (18+) can climb on monday nights from 7:30pm - 9:30pm. cost - £5.20. 10 - 17 year olds can climb on saturday from 10:30am - 12:30pm. cost - £3.45. 10 - 17 year olds can also climb monday from 5:30pm - 7:30 pm. cost - £3.45. 8 - 9 year olds can climb on staurday mornings from 9:00am - 10:30pm. cost - £3.25. 8 - 9 year olds acn also climb on monday evenings from 4:00pm - 5:30pm. cost - £3.25. to avoid disappoinment, casual climbers should arrive half an hour before session starts to buy a ticket. Climbing room supplys harnesses for adults and children (different sizes), helmets, belay equipment, leading equipment, and all other equipment! front desk supplys rock climbing shoes hire for each session.
