About Applegarth Crag (OS):
A limestone crag that tends to have a lot of greenery and loose rock. About 50 routes 30 to 40 feet high, mostly in the DIFF and SEVERE range, though there are some more difficult lines. This is a crag for the lower grade climber to enjoy, south facing, and quite pleasant, even in the winter. Excellent on a cold day. |
