About Trym Valley Gorge (OS):
This is a crag with a little bit of character, with the rock never completely above suspicion. 40 to 120 feet of natural limestone, with mostly quite hard routes. Be careful in the summer, the crag gets quite vegetated.

Directions: | OS 172 GR ST 559 783 Alt. 49m Located in the northwest corner of Bristol. From Junction 18 of the M5, take the A4 towards the center of Bristol. After two miles, at a set of traffic lights, turn left and continue for three-quarters of a mile. From here a footpath heads up the valley to the left to Blaise Castle. The crag is about 600 yards up the valley. |
