About Troller's Gill(OS):
This is a small 30 to 60 foot crag with about 15 routes, VS to E5. Most are worth doing with some classics in the lower Extremes. The small gorge has climbing on both sides and is quite sheltered. Well worth a visit. |

Directions: | OS99--GR069/620 Eight miles northeast of Skipton. From Appletreewick take the small road over the moor due north towards the B6165. After two miles, a footpath leads off right by a stile to the gorge in about five minutes. As an alternative, take the small road but, instead of turning up the hill, cross the moor and bear left into the small valley to Ridge End. Walk up the valley to the crag in about fifteen minutes. |
