About Initiation:
| First sectioon of cliff on your left as you enter the gorge. Very steep slabs. Often used for climbing instruction, so can be very busy. Flat area underneath usually covered in sunbathers in various states of undress (this being France) It is very hot in summer, take lots of water and a towel to dry off after a post route swim in the clear blue river. |
| Approach: | From carpark walk down to and across the river. Stay close to the bank and stop at the large area of exposed rock (and bodies) The area starts on your left and goes up the gorge |
