About Durmitor National Park:
| You can take a train from Belgrad at night - 10.30 pm and early in the morning at 5.30 am you have to get off the train at Mojkovac train station.(In Yugoslavia you cannot find a non-smoking public transportation so don't expect too much ;) ) There is a bus service from Mojkovac to Zabljak and takes maybe 1 hour. They also charge for your backpacks. When you arrive at Durmitor you will see the arrows pointing the trails into the mountain range. Wonderful nature...You can also find a supermarket in the village Durmitor and just before arriving at the camping site, at the left side there is a mountain hut where you can find a very detailed guide of the region. |
