Alien rock may be smaller than its new competitor however it is 10 million times better for a good: morning, afternoon, evening, days climbing when it’s wet. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere generated by so many people climbing and socialising is electric. The rates are excellent and the times are better. They also hold small competitions in the winter and have a good selection of gear in store. In the café you get anything form a bar of chocolate to a latte and pot noodles.
The wall its self contains an amazing array of different styles and problems all which are changed very frequently and quickly by staff.
