About Cahorros:
| 9 kms from Granada and 25 kms from Sierra Nevada. It's situated inside the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, so there are some restrictions. A very IMPORTANT fact is that the rating here is very different, so that a V+ could be a 6a+, 6b+ like a 6c+/7a, or 7b like 8a; beware of that. Normally, it's a technical climbing, with difficult routes. Generally well bolted M-10 and M-12. In the section of Faraón you can take water. Best season from March to November. |

| Directions: | From Granada, take the exit on the way to Monachil. Once in the town you'll find signs which leads you to Cahorros. Free camping is forbidden, you can stay in one of the town houses at 10 kms from there. |
