Description:
La Parálisis Permanente is situated at the north wall of the Tortuga. It starts at a obvious intersection. After the intersection we have to traverse to the left and then ascend to the first pitch. The second pitch is somewhat eassier.Descent Options:
Rope down. You can also rope down to the south side of the Tortuga.
