This is a 200+ year old restaurant. One of their traditions is "Balkenprobe" (beam test). Get up from the ground, climb over two beams without knocking yourself out on the ceiling (limited headroom), drink a glass of wine upside down, then get back in one piece... Good luck - if you are successful you can scratch your name in the wall.
