About Craig Y Gefir (OS):
A small granite crag, about 100 feet tall, but the cleanest rock in the area. There are about ten easy routes, and a couple of harder ones, but the potential for new hard routes is there. North facing, but has an incredible view. Worth the hike. |

Directions: | OS 124 GR SH 873 268 Alt. 496m Seven miles southwest of Bala. Take the B4403 down to Llanuwchllyn. 100 yards after the Talardd turn-off, there is a track leading south, then follow the footpath leading up the ridge to the crag in about two miles. |
