About Idris Gate Crag(OS):
| This crag is quite vegetated, but with cleaning would have a bit of potential. Around ten climbs up to 200 feet long in the lower grades, but easily accessed. The easy way down is a vegetated gully on the left called the Crack of Gloom. |

| Directions: | OS124--GR724/115 4.7 miles south of Dolgellau. Take the A487 south and turn off after about seven miles onto the B4405, where you will park after 100 yards. From here you should see a footpath leading off into the forest, and walk for about ten minutes to reach the crag. |
