About Middle Head(OS):

This small island, separated at high tide, offers some good easy slab routes for beginners. Very close to shore, but interesting if the tide comes in. About 50 feet tall with 15-20 Diffs to Severes. Catches the evening sunshine, nice place to end the day if the tides are right.
