Not to bad of route. I would call it more of a veration of any number of west end routes. Only about 2 or 3 pitchs is diffrent. Shares easy streets start and the last two pitchs or so of Kings Chimney. I did the 5.8 'hands' finsh on BBQ ledge, quite fun do recomend.
