Description:

The climb is actually eight 50 metre pitches (but could be climbed in 16 if you really wanted to). The bottom 4 pitches are easier and the top 4 are harder. They all are around the mid 5.10 mark, with a couple of short harder cruxes (in the 6th and 7th pitches). Go to Gravity Gear in Jasper to get good route topo information. The route is worth doing.

Descent Options:

Walk off, but can be rappelled if you get weathered off mid way.

4 out of 5 stars Fun route

A fun route worth doing. We climbed it in 8 pitches - they all felt fairly similar, with the crux coming near the top (pitch 6 or 7). It was a hot day and we topped out at about noon, still in the shade; but had to do the steep, loose descent in 30 degree temps. My feet almost caught on fire.
