About Lower Tier:

This is a fun climbing area with consistently good routes. The approach is about 30minutes, but can be shortened with a bike. The rock is fossil algae limestone and stromatalites. Climbing on this prehistoric coral reef make for some unique features and textures. Routes can be long (40m) and currently there is enough variety to keep most weekend warriors happy. This probably has the best climing south of Kananaskis - but watch out if its windy.
