About SFU Boulders:
3 nice sized granite boulders. Bring a brush as the moss is gradually reclaiming them. |
Nearest town or city: | Burnaby |
Directions: | Take Hastings St. East from the Trans Canada and look for the Simon Fraser/Burnaby Mountain exit. Boulders are on the left side just before you reach the school grounds. I found that the best place to park is to turn left as you approach the grounds down the road with the sign "Burnaby Mountain Conservatory." Park in the little side road that is immediately on your right. Follow the path at the end of this road up towards the school (it eventually becomes the powerline cut.) The Dump Boulder is on this path...the other two can be approached by walking up to the main road again, and heading right around the corner. Walk back down toward where you parked and the Boxcar should be just inside the forest about 100 feet from the corner. |
