About Mulvey Basin:

To gain access to Mt. Dag, Mt Asgard and many other fine routes in the Valhalla’s, you’ll need to enter Mulvey Basin. From a notch in the col beyond the North ridge of Mt. Gimlly, descend into the basin. Bring an ice axe and/or crampons to descend the north facing ice field. In Mulvey Basin there are no camping facilities, but you’ll find several good camping spots on the shore of an alpine lake.
