5 out of 5 stars NE ridge

Awesome climb! Huge exposure and great views. so...much...climbing! 15 hours camp to camp and absolutely terrifying when it's covered in ice and snow in the chimneys!

5 out of 5 stars NE Ridge BUgaboo Spire

Amazing climb on solid rock. Busy and popular. Get up early (we went at 03:00 and have four groups behind us in short order). 8 hours tent to tent at Applebee...faster than most groups I think. Route finding is simple, especially if you have done the Kaine route; just don't rap down the face.

5 out of 5 stars First trip in the Bugs

The third route we did on my first trip to the Bugs - should have brought more than 1 litre of water between the two of us. Bery thirsty on the way down. Great route - did the 5.8 variation staying out of the chimney for as long as possible. Only ones on the route all day.

5 out of 5 stars A Stunning Line Indeed!

We had good weather the whole way, let a soloist and a faster party pass, and then opted NOT to descend the BugSnow Col based on its condition, which led to much fun and games during the circumnavigation of Snowpatch Spire. 18 hours roundtrip from Applebee, on only 1500 calories each!
