About Muscle beach:

long traverse from right to left
Approach: Ferry from Horseshoe Bay to Langdale. take the HWY 101 past Gibsons and Roberts Creek. Turn left on Jack road which runs along the ocean (no view just trees) as Browning Road. Park halfway at the mailboxes. Look for beach access sign. Follow that trail to the ocean and turn right. This is Browning Beach, the first piece of stone you will see is the muscle beach traverse.
