About The Locker:
A sport climbing area on good quality rock. The area is very close to the water so one should check the swell forcast before going there. Any sizeable swell from the north/north east may pound the climbing wall. There is an excellent swimming hole just up the river from the wall. |
Approach: | Walk down hickys lane on the opposit side of the bay as main face untill you reach the east coast trail. walk past international area untill you get to where the river flows into the ocean. There is steep switch back trail leading down to the climbing area from the top of the climbs. You can also walk down around the river to get to the wall but it may be wet and slippery. One can also rappel down from the bolts at the top of the climbs to the bottom. |
