About Eagles Nest:
Eagles nest is a look out atop a 150 foot hunk of granite that lies just north of the town center, across from the Tim Hortons. Maybe five to ten routes exist in total with room for development of new ones. There are two bolted routes about 5.9 and 5.10c. And there are also a number of decent cracks. The winter also yeilds a decent ice route from what I hear. Worth a visit if you're in cottage country. Access here could be a problem if the area is not respected. Please be discrete and mindful. |
