About Helmut:

There are many excellent routes south of the Central Gulley, although many parts of the cliff have been infilterated by the hideous creeping vines, which have spread extensively over part of the cliff, but are a common inhabitant of the Escarpment. Helmuts Wall is the fairly long, steep, sometimes loose, but better travelled section of crag starting at the Central Gulley and proceeding southwards to Cakewalk, No12 at 158m. -The Escarpment: A Climbers Guide
