About Mont Césaire:

Go to Dizzy or Chico. You will find many easy routes, a few harder ones up to easy 5.10. A classic first gear lead in the form of Chico. It's a 5.3 crack that is in the middle of the wall. Start it high from on the dirt ledge, or low from just below this ledge (you will understand when you see it). You may setup top ropes on the bolts. At Chico go to the left of the rock face, follow the trail to the top, if you see a hand line your on the path. At Dizzy go to the right of the rock face, follow a less obvious trail up two thirds of the way, at a tree there is a swaged cable to protect the exposed walk to the first bolts. Two cows tails from your harness will allow you to get to the bolts on the left of the face without danger.
To approach the Champs-Elysee, find the Chico site, and continue down the road (climbers left) to a trail that takes you up hill into the woods, follow it to the rock face.
