About Le Pylône:

Very accessible climbing spot, in Quebec City. This place is perfect to take beginners out, as it is a little hill with lots of toprope anchors all over the top. It has climbs as easy as 5.1, and eliminates as hard as 5.12. However, most routes are in the 5.9 and below range.
Nearest town or city: Quebec City
Directions: The place is near the Pierre Laporte bridge, accessible from Champlain Bouldevard (I think). There is a huge parking lot near the cliff. It can also be reached by bus (number 25 I think) which drops you off at like a 20 minutes walk. The Le Champlain area is close by and a trail links the two places (5-10 minutes walk).
