About Seneca Falls:

AREA CLOSED IN 2005! Contact tribal recreation commission to attempt to gain permission to climb. Breath-taking scenery and spectacular long sport climbs in this small canyon. Only 27 bolted climbs, but very high quality (up to 200' and 25 bolts). Rock is diabase (basalt-like) with predominately very angular features for good trad opportunities. Very short approach by either rapping in from anchors on east side or descending narrow talus chute just below right side of overlook area. Nice, but slightly run down campground centered around lake. Located on San Carlos Indian Reservation, you must get permit which is $7 and can be obtained at the Express Fuels store on the left just before intersection of Hwy60/77 departs left out of Globe to Show Low.
Nearest town or city: Globe
Directions: Take Hwy60 east from the valley through Globe and turn north towards Show Low, go 35mi to the 287.6 milepost. Turn left into campground and bear right on paved road past lake on your left to its end and continue on dirt for another 100yds (@1/2mi total) to parking area and overlook.
