| The obvious 150' granite pinnacle on the west side of the Mcdowells' north ridge. This pinnacle has many excellent cracks of all grades. Rap off west side (or south with double ropes). Only one 60m rope is needed on west side. Expect to get spanked due to a combination of old school ratings and crucial holds/flakes which have broken off over the years. Many of the bolts are 30+ years old. |
| Approach: | From Morrell's Wall parking, take the new trail marked TT uphill and pass the top of Gardener's Wall to the east face of Tom's Thumb. |
