About Carney Springs Wall:

Over 400 feet tall! The first route up here was named after Degrazia the painter, by the first ascentionists John Annerino and Ben Lane in 1973. The approach is a little over an hour depending on your thigh endurance. Take the West Boulder Trail about 500 feet then head west toward the large tower, bushwacking and scrambling your way along. There is a faint trail at the base. Route's include Degrazia (5.7), Norton's Notion (5.7), and Cramden Detour (5.10R). The rock is variable and good route finding skills essential. Get an early start and don't do this in the summer. As with all sups climbs expect some loose rock & don't forget your helmet.
