Rivendale
About Rivendale:
Beautiful seasonal climbing area with a lot of fun sport climbs for the 5.9-5.10 leader. The base of the climbs is a sandy stretch. Awesome to park your ass and do some climbing. The approach hikes is about 45 minutes from the Hairpin Parking lot. Start at the Hairpin parking lot hike parallel to the left hand wall but on the other side of the stream bed. There is a trail you can follow. The trail drops down into the stream bed and continues on the other side. The trail is still parallel to the stream bed but goes higher up. The enterance to Rivendale is a cool cave that you scramble through. It's the Rivendale flavour. For better instructions on getting there go to www.climbaz.com |
