| Directions: | From Ozark Cafe in Jasper, drive 17.5 miles south on route 7 to small village of Cowell (really just a house). Turn left on dirt road. Pass some houses on left and right... continue on the dirt road. You will see a white house directly in front of you after several miles and the road will fork. Take the left fork and park soon after at the dirt lot with a fire ring (soon after crossing a cattle guard). Walk back to the Y intersection of the road and hike across the road to an obvious ravine with a waterfall. Follow a small rock ledge to the left and then a hand rope to access the boulders. Camping is further down the right fork at Fountaine Red |
