About Pigeon Cliff:

Located one-third mile outside of Susanville on Hwy. 36 West. This 60ft. cliff houses several good sport routes with very hard trad and mixed lines. Mostly overhanging and steep climbing provide a tremendous pump in just 60ft. Spring and summer are the most enjoyable climbing seasons here. As these routes are not frequently climbed, much of the rock is dirty and somewhat loose in some places. When you've reached your pump, take a dip in the susan river in the canyon below.
