About Lucerne Limestone:
Sport climbing on featured, off-vertical limestone, near the town of Lucerne Valley in the high desert. The climbing area is fully developed for sport climbing with the majority of lines in the 5.10 and under range. The area is primarily south-facing and is nestled back amongst some hills resulting in one of the warmest climbing areas locally. The rock is interesting and fun to climb. Not a destination, but worth a stop. |
