About Guadalupe Rock:
Near Guadalupe Reservoir in Los Gatos there are three greenstone outcropings that offer fun top-roping and lead routes. The upper rock in found the trail 1/8 mile up and west of the dam, and its on private land. It has several easy climbs on it, and is great for beginner. Lower Guadalupe rock is in the upper end of the reservoir and has several fun 40' routes. When the reservoir is full you can deep water solo the lower rock. Just don't fall because swimming is illegal in the reservoir. |

Directions: | Take the Camden Exit off of either 880 or 85 and head south. Turn right on to Hicks Rd.. Follow Hicks until you see Guadalupe reservoir on the left.
