About Mickeys Beach:
Mickey's Beach offers a unique setting, and challenging and technical climbing. The ocean-side routes are best when they are not in direct sun, such as overcast days--the rock will feel more "grippy". Generally, the tide needs to be at +3 feet or less for these routes, and the waves should be less than 6 feet ideally. Check one of the daily tide-charts HERE before heading out for tide info if you want to check out the ocean-side routes. Sex Porpoises can often be climbed with a +5 or +6 foot tide if the waves aren't too big, since it starts on top of a large boulder off to the side.
