Rocktopia is open to the public on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. There hours are 4PM-10PM Friday, Noon-10PM Saturday, and Noon-6PM Sunday. They are also open for private parties any day of the week. For climbers 12 and up it is $10 for use of the facility, and two dollars to rent a harness.
The gym opened up in 1995. It is part of a gymnastics building, so there is all sorts of fun stuff going on all the time.
There are hardly any routes, and the ones that do exist are incomplete. If you are really into climbing you will quickly notice that this gym is not up to date or well maintained.
However, the staff is extremely friendly. So you still will most likely get something out of the experience.
