About Hanning Flat Campground:

Also known as Squirrel Island by the locals, This jumble of decomposing granite used to be an island many years ago. although the stone is brittle and thin in places. Potential for great routes are here once the BS is busted off. One cool aspect of this place is there will be shade somewhere out there anytime of the day. Another Positive but negative thing is no one goes out here. there are no bathrooms or water so keep that in mind if camping
