Cap Rock
About Cap Rock:
This is the exfoliating top to Tollhouse Rock. It is about 45 feet high and is said to have the hardest quality climbs in the area. Some of the climbs are good leads although most of the hard routes are toproped. Many belay and rappel anchors are found. If you are using the guide book for tollhouse, the cap rock topo is written as if you are standing on top of the cap rocks and looking down (ie, you are standing on the edge). The guide book isn't bad, quite the contrary, you just have to read it right. |
