Chatfield Hollow is a little gem tucked away in the woods off of Rt 80 in Killingworth, CT. The crag is about 50 ft high, the rock is very good gneiss. There are all types of climbs here; cracks, faces and steepness. |

Directions: | Located on Chatfield Hollow State Park land. From I 95, take the Madison Rt. 79 exit, go north on Rt 79 to the Rt. 80 rotary, follow the signs to Chatfield Hollow SP. Park at the trail head 1/4 mile before the park entrance, walk back up the hill to the climbers trail on the right where the guard rail starts. Descend to the trail that parallels the road, the crag is on the right. |
