About Chimney Rock:

35+ routes. 5.3 to 5.11+. 400-450 vertical depending on side. New Belay anchors on Chimney Rappel route. 2 Hour hike in from Parking area. Climb from parking/camping area to saddle or Mt. Roothaan, down the backside and up to Chimney Rock. This was John Roskeley's first "Big Wall". There is camping at Roothaan Saddle, the west side has some sweet spots.
Nearest town or city: Coolin
Directions: East side of Priest Lake. Take service road 24. About 4 miles, turn on to service road 2. Follow to end.
