Adventure Center is serious about climbing. staff can teach you to belay safely and are always available to offer advice on technique. | Directions: | Accessible from all East Coast Metropolitan Areas by taking the Maine Turnpike to exit 11. Head up Route 26 through quaint villages and rolling countryside to Bethel. Tons of accommodations are available right on the mountain or go directly to the chamber of commerce for all sorts of ideas. Heading over from the lakes region or the Vermont and New Hampshire? Stick on Route 2 from Gorham, NH. It's just over the border in the great State of Maine. Really, it's pretty hard to miss us. If you can make it to Bethel, you can't miss the Adventure Center. On Route 2, heading East towards the skiway, you pass over the Androscoggin River.
