J-Wall
About J-Wall:
Commonly confused with "Painted Face" because of the long paint splotch at the climb "Lurch Direct." This confusion is helped by the prominent location of L-Face in the "New" part of the quarry that was fenced off and overgrown for a number of years. The climbs on this face are popular and classic. Even the shorter climbs on the left end are very fun. Anchors are plentiful at the top, although a couple climbs can be led on gear. |
