About Bolton Quarry:
Old limestone and granite quarry in rural Bolton. Nice scenic location amidst trails and a historic site. Place needs LOTS of cleaning and developement. Just discovered it a week ago. Trails are rough, rocks are loose in places, poison ivy is everywhere, but its worth the effort. Its small and circular with a little pond in the middle (not getting in the way of belaying) with some great looking routes that if developed and cared for, the place may become popular. |
