(from the Falcon guide) These routes are located below the stone parapet along the road between the Wisconsin strip and the Sentinal area. Park as for the Wisconsin strip, hike south along the road to a set of steps leading down through the retaining wall. A ceader stump lies about 5' right of the top of Skin of Rod's teeth
