From Highway 2 between Butte and Whitehall, turn South onto Cedar Hills Road, follow it 1.5 miles. Turn left onto Cedar Crest, follow it until you pass a green gate on the right, keep going, stay right at the Y. Drive up the hill until you see a dirt road to the right, turn and follow it in. Park by the gravel pile. Look South for a trail marked by an arch of small rocks. Follow it up and after 100ft or so, you will see Jailhouse to your left. Follow the trail another hundred feet and turn left, follow a faint trail to the top of the main faces. |
