Undeveloped cragging area with lots of potential. Several large boulder fields & a series of sharp ridges with multiple slab, crack & face routes possible. 10' - 200'+ lines on relatively hard granodiorites. 7500' - 10,500' elevation: high desert environment. |

Directions: | South from Hawthorne ~3 miles on Highway 359, then west on Luck Boy Pass/Bodie Road (gravel). ~10 miles to top of pass. Major crags to the north. Take the access road north to Corey Peak (10,520'). 4 wheel drive recommended from this point on. Can drive right to base of these crags & easy hikes to many other exposures. Mostly BLM lands with a few patented mineral claims. |
